Seminar Adventures are the combination of proven stress-management techniques, hands-on learning initiatives, and group discussion. These seminars provide your team a unique way to deal with workplace issues and bring solutions back into the workplace.

Stress Management

No one works well under stress. Employees become ill and call in sick, morale plummets, and productivity lags. Now there is a solution!

With EnCompass’s stress management programs, you and your team will learn to manage stress through the "Critical Incident Stress Management," or CISM, model. This is the same method used to help policemen, firefighters, and other public servants deal with on-the-job trauma, so you can imagine how effective it is for workplace stress.

By reducing stress in the workplace, you’ll gain improved work performance, better productivity, and higher morale among your staff. We don’t leave you on your own after the program is done, either. EnCompass uses adventure-based stress management to provide continued support after your CISM program is finished.

Dynamic Work Groups

These seminars are focused on developing dynamic work groups who work well together, are able to meet your organization’s changing needs, and are prepared to take your company into a profitable future. Through a combination of activity and discussion, individuals learn skills to empower their group and improve organizational performance—skills such as communication, leadership, teamwork, customer service, or whatever your particular needs might be.

Teams also develop a group contract, or action plan, to take back to the workplace as an "enterprising work group." We’ll use role-playing and discussion to explore each individual’s business goals and to take your new skills and talents into a real action plan for your unique work environment. The debriefing lets you see the big picture and bring your program to a satisfying conclusion—so your team returns to work with new energy and stronger relationships!
