Experiential Programs

EnCompass Business Adventures include several experiential programs designed to enhance communication, work with individual strengths, and develop group problem-solving skills. Our experiential programs involve a wide range of possibilities, including orienteering, climbing, caving, kayaking, and our Metr-O program, among others.

Seminar Programs

Don’t let the name fool you. Seminar Adventures are as adventure-based as the rest of our programs. However, the combination of proven stress-management techniques, hands-on learning initiatives, and group discussion provides a unique way to learn to deal with workplace issues and to bring solutions back into the workplace.
